Scope and Contents
Formal photographs of [Kings College?] sporting teams. In some cases the photographer's reference numbers are stamped on the back (and given in brackets). The photos comprise:
- Boat club in rowing attire (G6252; KI 110B);
- Cricket club in whites (J2615; KI 116B);
- Boat club in formal attire, KCBC blazers (J8287; KI 124B);
-'Cricket 1935' in blazers;
-Rugby club 1935 in rugby uniforms;
-Cricket club in blazers and pads;
-Rugby club in rugby uniforms (Trevor Victor Norman 'Tim' Fortescue, KC 1935, is fourth from left, front row);
-Rugby club 1937 in rugby uniforms (the captian Trevor Victor Norman 'Tim' Fortescue, KC 1935, is third from right, front row);
-[VCC - Victoria County?] Cricket club in blazers and pads.

Biographical / Historical
Phillip Hall came up to King's in 1922 and was subsequently a Fellow, being the Sadlerian Professor of Mathematics from 1953.
