Comprises:
- pages from the 'Penny Magazine' in 1834 and 1836 showing engravings of Rubens' 'Descent from the Cross', the Pepys Library at Magdalen College, the Gate of Honour at Caius, the interior of King's College Chapel, and the Bridge of Sighs at St John's College;
- printed annual reports for 1884-7;
- notice to Henry Wilson to quit Whitefield Farm at Ogbourn St George in 1906, annotated to 1909;
- blank pension forms for 1925, pension registration form for William Ayres, retired undergardener, 16 Nov 1920 and list of staff members to at least Sep 1924;
- bills, receipts and correspondence for the estates of Henley-in-Arden, Sampford Courtenay, Grantchester, Stour Provost especially Woodville, the bridge at Walkern Rectory, Millington Road, property in Rugby?, Great Bricet and Horstead;
- schedule of deeds received concerning the Aldeby estate, Jan 1921;
- published information and correspondence on tithe rent charges and benefices including ?tithe rent charges on Prescot, Lessingham, Horstead, Coltishall, Haddiscoe, Toft Monks and Aldeby, 1906, unions of benefices and registration of the Thames Ditton advowson, 1925;
- printed instructions for the annual election of Fellows 1909-23;
- copy letter from the Cambridge Commissioners, 6 Oct 1923;
- correspondence about assessment for the Common University Fund;
- letter from Arthur Cole offering a Swedish silver cup upon his MA, with enclosed photograph, 19 Apr 1925;
- receipt for payment of lecture fees to [Reid], 11 May 1925;
- draft changes to ordnances, Jun 1926;
- undated 'index of ordnance maps in case' and undated sketch maps of unknown properties and of Coton;
- undated jottings of accounts.
