Biographical / Historical
Oscar Browning (1837-1923) was an historian and educational reformer. He came up to King's in 1856, went to teach at Eton, and returned to King's in 1875 to a Fellowship to which he had been elected in 1859. In 1909 he moved to Bexhill-on-Sea.
