5 autograph letters signed and 9 typed letters signed. The file also contains an autograph manuscript draft of 'Russet and Taffeta' by GHWR (published by Hogarth Press in 1925), annotated by T. S. Eliot; and a proof of a note by T. S. Eliot on 'The Revenger's Tragedy' for inclusion in the programme of a Marlowe Society production, 1937.

The majority of the Rylands Papers are readily available to scholars in the Archive Centre. Record consultation is by appointment. Personal letters of living authors may only be consulted with their written permission. Some material is reserved in view of its sensitivity. There is no access to such material for the time being.
