- typescript poem on the 'Duchess of Malfi', 1945;
- 1 autograph letter signed from Evelyn Hardy to Ashcroft, 25 May 1968;
- 1 autograph letter signed from Rachel Kempson to GHWR, p.m. 26 Mar. 1981;
- 1 autograph letter signed from Trekkie Parsons to GHWR, p.m. 3 Feb. 1984;
- copy of Samuel Beckett 'Happy Days' (Faber: London, 1966) and Robert Bearman 'Stratford upon Avon as it was' (Hendon Publishing: London, 1979);
- 3 colour photographs of Ashcroft: in India, [early 1980s], in Venice, 1989, performing at a recital, undated, 1 colour photograph of a portrait of Ashcroft, [?1970s];
- orders of service for her funeral at St Mary's Paddington, 21 June and memorial service at Westminster Abbey, 29 Nov. 1991.

The majority of the Rylands Papers are readily available to scholars in the Archive Centre. Record consultation is by appointment. Personal letters of living authors may only be consulted with their written permission. Some material is reserved in view of its sensitivity. There is no access to such material for the time being.
