Eaden Lilley, 1982 - 1997
Scope and Contents
3 colour prints approximately 6” x 8” probably all from the same shoot. Two photographs show the choir wearing red cassocks and surplices arrayed in two rows in front of and in a V centred at the Rubens, one is annotated ‘Stephen Cleobury Director of Music and the King’s College Choir Cambridge 1986’ and the other has a label on the back indicating it is by Eaden Lilley 1986 ref no GW 783-G. The third photograph shows the choir standing in a double chevron with Stephen Cleobury front and centre in the aisle between the choir stalls. The organ and much of the antechapel ceiling are in the background. A label on the back indicates it is by Eaden Lilley 1986 ref no GW 783-O.
Also present is a colour print approximately 8” x 10” showing the choir standing in 4 rows in the aisle between the choir stalls with Stephen Cleobury at left and the organ in the background. A sticker on the back indicates that it was published in KCCB as plate 66 (it was actually plate 65), where it is credited as by Eaden Lilley.
