Physical Characteristics and Technical Requirements
Green cloth cover with red edging, handwritten in ink, 14.7 x 20.3 cm Foliated by AJBW to f. 51, ff. 47 now extant in total, on account of f. 34 being labelled by AJBW 'ff. 34-38' (preceding 3 folios had been ripped out). Originally there were further leaves at the front of the textblock, prior to foliation, which in being ripped out have consequently weakened the binding. Hence ff. 8 & 9 have completely separated from the text block and are loose in place.
