Grass green waxed cloth cover with red edging, handwritten in purple ink and pencil, 20.3 x 14.5 cm. Foliated by C. A. B., ff. 34 Some pages were cut out by Boëthius before he foliated the remainder (see ff. 3 and 4) and others ripped out, also before foliation, see the section between ff. 29 and 30.
