- synthetic rubber ‘scare’, some plantation company business including Central Kelantan Rubber Co. Ltd, Majedie, Jin Seng and Permas estates;
- letters to F. Doxey, Barlow & Co., Calcutta, concerning trade in goods, tea plantation business including Chingoor, Loongsoong and Dilli estates;
- letters to C. H. Carée, Barlow & Co., Shanghai, concerning general agency trade in goods, local political unrest in Shanghai and Nanking, question of compensation from Chinese government;
