The collection includes private papers, photographs and films of people living and working in British India and wider South and Southeast Asia. Some collections also cover South and Southeast Asian countries post-independence.

Access arrangements: Collections are open to the public by appointment. Opening hours: Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 5.30pm.
