The watch does not have a manufacturer’s name on the face. The surface is rusted on the back.

The company name ‘L. & C. Hardtmuth Czecholovakia’ is enscribed on the handle. This object was used to extend short pencils. The pencil stub was inserted into the metal end, which tightened over the pencil, and the plastic handle could be held for writing.
