The inscription on the packaging reads '2 Chinese plasters' (in Lu Gwei-djen’s handwritiing), and the company seal 公私合营同仁堂. Manufactured by the Tongrentang 同仁堂 pharmacy in Beijing
The plasters also have the brand mark and product description on the back.

The cardboard box contains 9 rolls (4 fat and 5 thin) of moxa made from paper with dried herb filling.
The box is 華佗牌溫艾純艾條 (Hua Tuo Brand 'Pure Moxa Rolls for Mild Moxibustion'). The contents are of two different types, by different manufacturers, 4 fat sticks by 无锡市红星药条加工厂, and 5 by 北京针灸研究所.
