Scope and Contents
The medal is held in its original box and hangs on a yellow cord. Inside the box is a small plaque and paper leaflet by Zhang Zigao 張子誥describing a method of fate calculation using the palm. They are held in a paper envelope with a handwritten inscription that reads Shi xiu zi da shi 十宿子大師 (i.e. Joseph Needham).
