Two medals are held in their original plastic boxes. Description from St John’s College Library Special Collections, Cambridge: Struck by Svenska Medaljgillet, 3.5cm. Obv. Part of globe within pentagon bearing the inscription GRATIAE VERITAS NATURAE UNIVERSITAS UPSALIENSIS around which buildings and hills. Rev. Archbishop Jakob Ulvsson kneeling and praying in Archbishop's dress within a pentagon. By his head ULVSSON | JAKOB, by his feet 1477 1977. The pentagon bears the inscription ORD. THEOL. ORD. IURISCONS. ORD. PHILOS. ORD. MED. ORD. PHARM. Outside the pentagon GRATULANTUR STUDENTES UNIVERSITATI UPSALIENSI. Edge. 452.5000 SV. MEDALJGILLET.
