Scope and Contents
Cambridge University Press have remained publishers of the 'Science and Civilisation in China' series since the publication of 'Volume 1' in 1954. The documents include typescripts, proofs and illustrations as well as a large amount of correspondence with Cambridge University Press about the practicalities of printing and publishing the work.
