Scope and Contents

For the years 1926-31, certificates were issued annually. They have Joseph Needham's pencil notes and drawings on the back of the sheets. The licences for 1939-1940 and 1953-1954 are held within a small red book. The book is fragile and the licence for 1952-1953 has become detached.
