Joseph Needham’s file title is ‘HK 香港大 Hon D Litt + Hs-Y Apr 74’. Hs-Y is Shih Hsio-Yen [Shi Hsüeh-Yen, Shi Xueyan 時學顏]. It contains correspondence, administrative papers, original and photocopied newspaper reports, a menu and invitations, handwritten drafts and typescript copies of Joseph Needham’s address at the degree convocation.
