RUTH LYNDEN-BELL, interviewed 12 December 1999 (61 minutes): recalls appointment as Fellow in Natural Sciences in 1962 (until 1965) and her return in 1972; comments on differences between undergraduate life then and more recently; refers to move to Huntingdon Road site, building of the Dome, and change in structure of Council following granting of Royal Charter in 1972; comments on supervision arrangements in early 1960s and admission procedures; discusses gender ratio issues, and benefits and disadvantages of single-sex colleges; mentions several contemporary Fellows; mentions Bredon House, Cranmer Road, Hammond House, the Hermitage, the Old Granary, the Orchard, St Chad's.
