1) cuttings and correspondence, 1991-93, concerning the establishment of the Maryam Babangida Research Fellowship in African Women's Studies and concerning the political situation in Nigeria under General Ibrahim Babangida; also a draft statement of support for the nomination of Maryam Babangida as an Honorary Fellow of New Hall;
2) correspondence with alumnae in Africa (including Mrs G P Metuge of Cameroon concerning her work on environmental issues and for the WWF) and concerning possible connections with AML and the Committee for Interdisciplinary Environmental Studies in Cambridge; also correspondence with and concerning alumnae in the Middle East and concerning the possibility of expanding New Hall 'marketing' in the Gulf area.
