Scope and Contents

One print measuring 286 x 223 mm. mounted on board with an identifying caption beneath. Formal group portrait of Rhodesia's first members of Parliament. The country's administration was run by the British South African Company as the original holder of the Settlement Charter until September 12 1923 (the 33rd anniversary of the Pioneer Column's arrival at Fort Salisbury) when the country was granted responsible government as a British Colony and Sir Charles Coghlan became first Premier.
