Biographical / Historical

Hugh Alexander Evan Hopkins was educated at Haileybury and Emanuel College, Cambridge, and entered the Church of England. He was appointed Prevost of the Cathedral Church of All Saints, Nairobi, in 1947. He was instrumental in the campaign to complete the cathedral, which was consecrated in 1952. He returned to England in 1955.
