Biographical / Historical

Anthony Hamilton Millard Kirk-Greene, Emeritus Fellow of St Antony's College, Oxford, and Former Director of the Oxford Development Records Project, wrote about the history of Africa, notably Nigeria, for which he was awarded a C.B.E. in 2001.
