Comprises a navigator's log and news cuttings relating to motor rally racing in East Africa in 1969. Together with a seperate small collection of news cuttings, publications and a school magazine, 'The Daily Drum', created by the Virginia Mull, daughter of Brian Mull, while a student. There are a handful of references relating to Mull's career as a teacher. John Brian Mull (1919-1975) was posted to Tanganyika (Tanzania) in 1950 as an Education Officer (Science) by the British Overseas Civil Service. He held various teaching and headmastership posts at Tabora, Mwanza and Dar-es-Salaam, as well as establishing a Diploma in Education Courses in Science at the Teachers' College, Dar-es-Salaam.
