The University Archives are generally freely available to the holder of a reader's ticket for the Manuscripts Reading Room at Cambridge University Library, West Road, Cambridge CB3 9DR. Immediate Source of Acquisition

Papers 1989-96 were assembled by Dr Y. Garrod, of the University Registry. They were transferred to Judith Jeskey, Disability Advisor at the Disability Resource Centre, and added to 2002-4. They were transferred to the University Archives on 4 December 2012 by Tori McKee, Disability Resource Centre.
