225 x 163 mm. A photograph showing the exterior of the building, with a row of horse cabs at the right of the picture. This photograph was taken before 1870. In Y3086P/2, a photograph taken from a similar viewpoint, the 1870 Exhibition Building is prominent in the background. In this picture building work has not yet started.
