(Sir Michael Seymour.)' (London 1860) (Command Paper-Accounts and Papers (94)), 8 folios. There is also a separate copy of the second paper, 1 pamphlet (8 folios sewn together), and a manuscript précis by T.R.H. McClatchie of House of Lords correspondence respecting affairs in China, in the form a table of contents and narrative, 10 December 1869, 4 bifolios.
