'Inouye. March 3': notes in Parkes' hand of a conversation with Inoue Kaoru concerning the preliminary conference on treaty revision, affairs of the Japanese Government, and relations with Loochoo (Ryukyu Islands) and Korea, including reference to Okuma Shigenobu, undated (possibly c. March 1882).
