An undated copy of an extract from a despatch from George Villiers, Earl of Clarendon, to Sir George Bonham, 6 May 1853. The extract is certified by Horatio Lay; the copy by John Markham. The document is described at the beginning as a 'Copy. of Enclosure in Sir George Bonham's Desp. No. 38 of June 23rd [1853] to address of Mr. Consul Robertson.'
