A letter from Ningpo, 14 April 1850, with a copy of an address from consular interpreters [to Sir Samuel George Bonham, Governor of Hong Kong], dated China, March 1850, and a copy of a memorandum drawn up by Sinclair and (Thomas Taylor?) Meadows to accompany the address.
