Scope and Contents
A copy of a letter from Brussels to Edmund Hammond, 28 September 1867, enclosing a copy of a 'Mem[orandum] of the proceedings of the Japanese Prince Tokugawa Mimbutaiko in Holland' by Siebold, 24 September 1867. There is also the envelope for the documents, addressed and franked by Hammond to Parkes.
