A manuscript letter from F.B. Johnson, Shanghai, to R. Jardine, London, 28 August 1875, regarding property at Shanghai and other matters, and enclosing a letter from Fred H. Bell, Shanghai, to Jardine, Matheson & Co., 24 August 1875, regarding the transfer of Lockhart's Hospital Lot to the firm.
