The ring-binder is labelled '1964/1965 Semi-official Shipping: Glen Line Limited' and numbered 4. It is divided into three sections:

The ring-binder also includes a volume of the centenary edition of the 'Blue Funnel & Glen Line Bulletin', 1965.
