1. Copies of letters nos P.1-3 from H.D.M. Barton and D.C. Geddes, Hong Kong, to W.J. Keswick, London, 14 August 1957, 16 August 1957 and 3 September 1957. No. 3 was originally semi-official letter no. 656, but was renumbered subsequently.

2. Original letters nos P.210-212 from W.J. Keswick, London, to H.D.M. Barton, Hong Kong, 30 July 1957, 21 August 1957 and 17 September 1957.

The subjects covered include East Point property and Yokohama property.
