A copy of semi-official N.C. letter no. 1 from W.J. Keswick, Matheson & Co. Ltd, London, to E.F. Watts, Jardine Matheson, Tokyo, 17 April 1961, enclosing a copy of a letter from J.H. Keswick to A. Kikuchi, Nippon Coal Mining Co. Ltd, Tokyo, 17 April 1961. The semi-official N.C. correspondence concerns Jardine Waugh Ltd's proposed involvement with the Nippon Coal Mining Co.
