Copies of semi-official letters from F. Jolly, Jardine Matheson, Kobe, to L.G. Frost, Resident Representative in Australasia of Jardine, Matheson & Co. Ltd:
1. Nos 2-34 from Kobe to Sydney, N.S.W., 1 April-17 December 1952.
2. Nos 1-26 from Kobe to Sydney, 6 January-18 June 1953. The first letter is misdated 1952.
3. Nos 27 from Kobe to Barwon Heads, Victoria, 24 June 1953.
4. Nos K-1-13 from Kobe to Barwon Heads, 3 July-19 December 1953.
5. Nos K-2-17 from Kobe to Barwon Heads, 20 January-3 August 1954.
The letters enclose the following documents from Jardine, Matheson & Co. (Japan) Ltd: fortnightly market reports nos 1-55, 1 May 1952-31 July 1954; price lists for ferrous and non-ferrous metals; and market quotations for cotton goods, silk goods, rayon goods and stable fibre (spun rayon) goods. The folder is labelled 'Kobe or Osaka to Sydney File I' and 'No corresp. from Sydney to Kobe'.
