Scope and Contents
Photostats of property records of the Shanghai & Hongkew Wharf Co. Ltd, probably made in the late 1940s or early 1950s, including labels on the reverse:
1. Title deeds to B.C. Lots Nos 6713, 1121, 6850, 1583, 10817, 10196, 10059 and 5805, 1877-1921, relating to Pootung, Hunts, Old Ningpo and Hongkew Wharves (in Chinese and English).
2. Registration receipts nos 571, 572, 1822, 1 and 2 for the properties in no. 1 (in Chinese).
The documents are in an envelope labelled 'Env.SP-54-1' and 'Shanghai & Hongkew Wharf Co. Ld'. This is inside another envelope labelled 'SP-54' and 'Shanghai Properties', which includes a typescript contents list inside.
