Agreement of Oswald Magniac and others, 1892
Scope and Contents
A wrapper containing a draft and a copy of an agreement between Oswald Cecil Magniac of Hay's Wharf, Surrey, administrator of the estate and effects of Charles Magniac, deceased; Smith, Payne & Smiths of London, bankers; Samuel Whitbread M.P.; and Matheson & Co., regarding the settlement of the estate of Charles Magniac, who died intestate, 2 September 1892. There is also a second copy of the agreement, which includes schedules not found in the other versions, and four draft letters concerning the agreement, August and September 1892.
