Scope and Contents
Two sets of papers regarding the relationship between Jardine, Matheson and Co. Ltd and the Indo-China Steam Navigation Co. Ltd:
1. Reports of the Committee of Directors of the Indo-China Steam Navigation Co. Ltd appointed to examine the company's accounts and offer suggestions for improvements, including replies to the reports from Jardine Matheson, Hong Kong, General Managers, 1908-1909.
2. Two copies of a memorandum recording the agreement between the two companies regarding the meaning of 'gross receipts', signed by their representatives, 20 October 1909.
