Scope and Contents
A statement of the realisation of the estate of the late Charles Magniac up to 31 January 1894 (fo. 1), followed by the accounts informing the statement: (fos 2-4) debts due the deceased - since paid; (fo. 5) costs and other outgoings; (fo. 6) realisation of stock and shares; (fo. 7) interest and dividends received; (fo. 8) realisation of household goods and effects, carriages, horses, wines, etc.; (fos 9-10) realisation of live and dead farming stocks, implements, etc.; (fo. 11) realisation of the lease of 16 Charles Street, Berkeley Square; and (fo. 12) realisation of sundries owing to the deceased.
