Three copies of an agreement between David Jardine, as attorney for Alexander Matheson, and William Henry Mitchell, police magistrate of Hong Kong, for Mitchell to purchase Matheson's property known as the 'Tuilleries' (Marine Lot No. 55), dated Hong Kong.
