Typescript and manuscript minutes of the Consultative Committee of Jardine, Matheson & Co. Ltd held at 24 St James's Place, London, 6 June 1912-26 January 1914. The meetings were attended by Sir R.W.B. Jardine, Governing Director; Henry Keswick, Senior Managing Director; C.E. Anton; J.J. Bell-Irving; W.J. Gresson; and C.H. Ross. Most of the volume is unused. It contains a few loose items: a typescript copy of letter no. 35 from David Landale, Hong Kong, to C.E. Anton, Shanghai, 19 December 1913, regarding the Hongkong Cotton Mill; a manuscript memorandum for a committee meeting, with three enclosures, 1914; a letter from Henry Keswick, Cowhill Tower, Dumfries, to 'Will', 5 April 1918, enclosing manuscript minutes of the Consultative Committee meeting held at Castlemilk on 3 April 1918; and manuscript minutes of a meeting, missing the first page. The spine of the volume is labelled 'Minutes of Meetings of Consultative Committee. J.M. & Co. Ltd. 1913'.
