The correspondents are: the National Book League (J. E. Morpurgo), Agenzia Generale Italiana Macchine Monotype (A. Mazssini), John Carter (enclosing a memorandum from Alan Hutt), Robert Boardman, V. G. W. Harrison (enclosing a printed review of the exhibition), Courtney Pope Ltd, Philip Unwin. With the letters is a typescript 'Notes for a post-mortem on Printing and the Mind of Man for J. Matson from John Carter'.
