These include letters to Meynell from Annabel Farjeon (undated), Ross Nichols (1951), Logan Pearsall Smith (1932) and Hugh Trevor-Roper (1965) . Most of Mulvey's letters are numbered 1-51 and an index by Alix Meynell to their contents is at the beginning of the sequence Sylvia Mulvey was employed by Meynell to do research for the book.
