Received music, asks for cheque-book, only one new review since May 11th, 'The Times Literary Supplement' is the one to look out for, Hardy wrote a nice letter praising the grimmest of the poems, hopes to stay there till June 5th, urges her not to read Bertrand Russell's new book 'it will only irritate you'.
