Scope and Contents
No date. Engraved map measures 33 x 38.1 cm. Plate mark is normal size. "Engraved at" etc., bottom left. Has '235' between neat line and next line, north of Hemsworth ; also '80' east of Hickleton - these were removed later ? on publication and 235 does not appear on 87 NW. Is it possible that this was following decision to adopt spirit-levelling in place of trig-levelling? (But spot-hetights were retained inside 87 on the published version.)
