273 x 188 mm. View looking along Pitt Street from its junction with King Street. On the corner in the left foreground is Punch's Hotel, operated by Thomas Punch, a substantial three storey building. Beyond are more modest commercial premises, including Washington H. Soul's Patent Medicine Depot at no. 221.
