Scope and Contents
234 x 185 mm. A view looking out towards Front Bay at the eastern end of the Crater and showing various army buildings with the Artillery and European Infantry Barracks nearest the shoreline in the background. The presence of the Protestant Church on a slight rise at the left of the print dates the photograph to after 1869, the year that particular building was erected.
