[Ice chest, Usagara House], 1924 - 1931
Scope and Contents
59 x 103 mm. A view showing the shanty hut which was the home of Chandler's servants and contained his ice chest. The reverse of the photograph is annotated: 'The ice chest is in this little shanty alongside the bungalow. The boys live in here and do their odd jobs during the day. Its wire netting not glass so looks like the old bird house in Finsbury Park'.
