105 x 76 mm. Showing Rev. Ernest Millar seated in the doorway of a building with two young Africans. Millar (1868-1917) first went to Uganda as a layman in 1892 and was ordained by Bishop Tucker the following year. He served at Mengo from 1893-1914 and was CMS Secretary in Uganda from 1912-17.
