Scope and Contents

113 x 155 mm. A view looking across a river and makeshift bridge with Jackson standing on the farther side at the edge of thick forest holding a butterfly net. Gedge’s diary for the day records: ‘Went down in the morning with J to the river. Took my butterfly net and camera. Caught some new butterflies and took a photo’.
